2. Where to Submit Takedown Requests

Once we receive a valid, complete notification containing all the requested elements listed above, we will review the request and take immediate action, which typically involves permanently deleting the audio file and its download pages from our servers within 24 to 48 hours.

3. Our Policy on Repeat Infringers

fypmeme.com is a platform driven by the community. We maintain a strict policy regarding users who repeatedly upload content that violates intellectual property rights. If a user is identified as a "repeat infringer" (having submitted three or more valid, verified takedown notifications), we will permanently block their IP address and restrict their ability to submit, upload, or interact with our platform.

4. Fair Use Disclaimer

Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act, allowance is made for "Fair Use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.

  • Short and Snipped: Usually between 2 to 30 seconds in duration. They do not represent or replace full-length videos, skits, or musical compositions.
